The workshop will be designed for women of all ages who want to better understand and care for their pelvic floor, raising awareness in a safe female only space. Whether you are experiencing symptoms or simply wish to be proactive , this workshop will benefit you.

May Workshop

 24th May  11am -1pm

BGM Studios London

What to expect

The purpose of the workshops, each running for approx. 2 hours, is to provide practical learning combined with educational knowledge and the opportunity to discuss experiences with fellow women suffering from prolapse. Pelvic floor issues refer to a range of conditions affecting the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues that support the pelvic organs; bladder, uterus and rectum.
These issues can include:

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction: When the pelvic floor muscles are too tight (hypertonic) or too weak (hypotonic), causing problems with bladder and bowel control, sexual function, and pelvic pain.

Pelvic Organ Prolapse: When one or more pelvic organs drop from their normal position due to weakened pelvic floor muscles, leading to symptoms like pressure, discomfort, and urinary issues.

Urge/Stress Incontinence: Loss of bladder or bowel control, often caused by weakened pelvic floor muscles, leading to urinary or fecal leakage.
